Office Furniture Requirements Ltd are proud to have achieved the high standards of a Safe Contractor accreditation. In recognition of our ability to demonstrate our Health and Safety competence, we have been awarded Certification to the highly recognised Safe contractor scheme.
Many major clients recognise this scheme and accept the Safe Contractor certificate as confirmation of competency. OFR Ltd’s application for Safe Contractor accreditation was driven by our need for a uniform standard across the business and our commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety. Under the Safe Contractor scheme, businesses undergo a vetting process which examines health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practice. Companies who meet the high standard are included on a database which is accessible to other registered users. Prospective clients/organisations who sign up to the scheme, can access the Safe Contractor database enabling them to select a potential supplier/contractor from an approved database. Users of this scheme agree they will engage only those who have received the Safe Contractor accreditation. Organisations, large or small, simply cannot afford to run the risk of employing contractors who are not able to prove that they have sound health and safety policies in place.
